I work on reliability and observability at scale

I have worked on reliability and observability for large-scale systems. I have designed incident response lifecycles and reviewed platform costs. I have also worked on ways for organizations to make decisions using the same standards.

This blog explains decisions I made at work and why I made them. I also include decisions that did not produce a good result and the constraints that shaped them.

My current focus is SRE and engineering leadership. I also plan to cover AI infrastructure and a broader range of problems and decisions that come with operating large-scale systems.
